First pass: mark the official actions
Start with the publisher and scope. The July 23 notice comes from the Ministry of Justice's Chuncheon Immigration Office and concerns two August 2026 naturalization interview rounds. That makes it primary evidence for those assigned appointments, not a general calendar for every applicant or office.
Scan the numbered headings before translating sentence by sentence. In this notice, the action map is 면접심사 일시 및 장소, 합격자 발표, 유의사항, what to do after an address change, and 면접심사 준비. Copy only the details that apply to your own notice, and keep the original open while you do it.
Use three labels to find the consequence of each line
면접심사 (myeonjeop simsa) names the official interview review. 합격자 발표 (hapgyeokja balpyo) names the result-notification section; the Chuncheon notice says results are sent individually by mobile text message. 유의사항 (yuuisahang) introduces cautions, so sentences beneath it deserve an action verb in your notes: arrive, attend, maintain, verify.
The notice also says that passing the interview does not itself decide naturalization permission; a final review still considers matters including legal violations. Keep that distinction intact. Do not shorten 합격 into a promise that the full naturalization process is complete.

Treat a change procedure as its own task
The Chuncheon notice includes a separate procedure for applicants whose address changed after applying. It says a person seeking an interview at the office responsible for the new address should submit an interview-location change application to that office by visit, mail, or fax with identification attached.
The same notice limits when that request can be made: after the office where the naturalization application was filed has sent the interview notification. Because procedures can change and individual circumstances differ, verify this step with the issuing office rather than treating this article as an application instruction.
Second pass: follow the notice's preparation trail
For preparation, the notice points readers to HiKorea's nationality and naturalization area, specifically its comprehensive evaluation and interview-review material. It also names Ministry of Justice and Nationality Comprehensive Information KakaoTalk channels for sample questions, the national anthem, and a naturalization-interview study comic. Those are the preparation paths the issuing office chose to name.
That does not mean every outside resource is forbidden. It means outside material stays subordinate: use it for language exposure or practice, then return to the current official notice for appointment and procedure claims.
A Korean course is useful, but it is not your appointment notice
The Korean Cultural Center Brussels published a separate registration page for its 2026/2027 Korean language courses. That approved record establishes a real course-registration path under a Korean public cultural institution. It does not establish Chuncheon interview logistics, eligibility, results, or a naturalization-interview curriculum.
Use this distinction whenever two official-looking pages sit side by side. Ask what action each publisher controls. A cultural center can control registration for its own course; an immigration office controls the instructions in its appointment notice. Official status does not make two documents interchangeable.
Keep community practice in the demand-signal lane
AhIn In Korea published a Korean-language YouTube video on August 10 titled as a walkthrough of questions said to have been submitted from several immigration offices during the first week of August. The description lists reading-and-answer segments and problem-solving chapters. The approved record is community, description-level evidence, not a government question bank.
That makes the video useful here for one narrow point: learners are actively seeking practice around naturalization interviews. It does not verify that a recalled question appeared in an official interview, that it will recur, or that watching it changes an applicant's result.
Finish with a five-line source check
Before acting, write five lines: issuing office; assigned date and place; result channel; caution or change procedure; official preparation link. Beside every extra course, video, or worksheet, write study only. That small label prevents optional advice from drifting into your logistics.
If a study resource conflicts with the current notice, stop and verify with the issuing office.
